Melody Kerber-Maertens, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Mobile, where she has been a part of the team since 2015.
Dr. Kerber-Maertens earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Willamette University in Salem, OR. She then attended the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis, West Indies, where she earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree after completing her fourth clinical year at the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in Baton Rouge, LA.
Dr. Kerber-Maerten has a special interest in critical care and soft tissue surgery. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is the feeling of making a difference in the life of a pet.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Kerber-Maertens enjoys playing tennis and cooking for her family.
