McKenna Andelin, DVM, is a veterinary intern at WestVet Boise, where she has been a part of the team since 2022.

Dr. Andelin attended Utah State University in Logan, UT, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal, Dairy, and Veterinary Sciences. She then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Washington State University in Pullman, WA.

Dr. Andelin has a special interest in anesthesia and pain management and her favorite part of veterinary medicine is working with feline patients.

She enjoys paddleboarding and taking care of her houseplant collection when away from the hospital
