Ashley Sindelar, DVM, is an Emergency Medicine Veterinarian at MedVet Asheville. She has been a part of the team since 2023.
Dr. Sindelar attended The Ohio State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. She then earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University.
Dr. Sindelar is passionate about all aspects of emergency medicine, with particular interest in emergency surgery, reproductive medicine, and wound care and healing. Her favorite part of practicing veterinary medicine is helping people by helping their beloved pets.
When away from the hospital, Dr. Sindelar enjoys reading a good book while cuddling with her two dogs, a retired racing Greyhound, Winry, and a mixed breed, Edgar. She also enjoys kayaking, traveling, and playing board games with her partner, Spencer. Lastly, she loves to bust out her cowboy boots for line dancing whenever she gets the chance.
